Valuing the safety of the food it sells, respecting cultures and valuing people’s quality of life, Copacol has been selling its products in the domestic and foreign markets for 39 years, operating on five continents.
To this end, the Cooperative has important food safety and quality certifications, such as ISO 9001, BRC – Global Standard for Food Safety, and HACCP/HACCP – Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, at the Poultry Industrial Unit Cafelandia; BAP, Good Aquaculture Practices, at the Nova Aurora Fish Industrial Unit; the GMP+ (Food Safety Standard, focused on animal feed) at the Soy Industrial Unit (UIS); recognition in the ISO/IEC 17025 standard for microbiological and physical-chemical analyzes in the Central Laboratory.
All these standards certify Copacol not only as an industry capable of producing food, but as a specialized and safe company to meet demands from all over the world, including the most demanding markets such as Europe and Asia.
